electric marble room heaters - any good?

I'm currently looking into the possibility of putting in electric marble or epoxy mortar radiators into a property I'm buying. They seem a good idea, smart, efficient, clean to run etc but as I can't download the file re: how they are fitted I am wondering if it is a big and/or expensive job?
Has anyone any experience of these radiators please? Is there anything important i should know about them?
