when can I get 0% ?

HI all
I do not have any default or ccj in my credit file, but have few missed payments in the past just been lazy really. how long before I can get accepted for 0% deal? a year with no miss payments? or more? I am registered in the elctrol for less than a year in my new address, I know the longer Iam in my current address the better.
