Hi
I ordered some books on the Sunday night and I needed them for the following Saturday.
Their standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
I kept an eye on the order on line but didn't have a despatch date so I rang their customer service line.
A very nice gentleman advised that No I wouldn't receive the order in time on standard delivery as they had a back log so he upgraded the delivery to next day delivery so I received them on the friday at no cost to me.
A very positive experience of The Book People customer service !!
