the payment amount does not vary between companies it varies for each iva and is tailored for each individual set of circumstances.

your income and expenditure is worked out at the start, your ip then writes up a proposal making an offer to your creditors based on this income and expenditure taking into account wat amount of surplus income you have each month.

this is where the major factor is,you must not let an ip bully you into payments you simply cannot afford, your income and expenditure declaration should be realistic and fair, ive read about many where this is not the case wich leads to difficulties and ultimately a failed iva, this in my opinion is bad practice by an ip.

if you are aving troubles you must contact your ip directly and let them know they should be able to allow a variation in payments of upto 15% without a variation meeting.

it would be usefull to know a few details such as amount in debt, how long have you been in the iva, surplus income and most importantly seeing as you are having problems, what assets do you have.
  • You cannot change your supervisor after the IVA has been arranged unless the creditors wrote in to request for the change which is highly unlikely. So, I guess you are stuck with Blair Endersby.
