I don't think that there's a game, it's just the registration process.

I'm a bit dim too as can't find where the competition is. It takes you to the Hotel for Dogs thingy..if you click the bone saying 'to the contest' you go back to the previous page.

I think you need to go around the site looking for dogs from the film then click on them. I have searched and spotted one but it disappeared after I went back and realised what it was!!!!
