HMV Online Order Statuses!

I know it's probably nonsense to everyone else but I'm getting really annoyed at it now!

Today I placed three seperate orders

1. DVD - Was completed and then changed to awaiting stock allocation
2. iPod Touch - Awaiting stock allocation > Order Not Processed > Completed and will be delivered within your delivery options message
3. Four different DVD's - One item cancelled, 3 from Completed to now awaiting stock allocation

Is it me...or are they just useless of keeping track of their orders?! It makes no sense. Especially as I paid for special delivery on the iPod so it should have been dispatched by now!

You called them to ask what they're playing at, ive used hmv before and ive had no problems

They're shut, or they were after monitoring it since 11.30am this morning. When it came up with order not processed and I called (about the iPod) it said it was awaiting confimation of payment (fair enough) and now it's awaiting dispatch. So hopefully I'll get them soon. I'm just annoyed at how it keeps changing constantly as if it's about to be sent then not...items showing as in stock and then not sent and awaiting stock. It's well strange!

hmv is useless in regards to online tracking.

i ordered 3 seasons of stargate on there last year, both were shown as awaiting dispatch or something to that effect for over a week after they had already been delivered

It's ridiculous! Items are out of stock when theyre not, awaiting stock allocation when that was done at 2pm this afternoon! I wouldn't care but I desperately need the iPod and one of the DVD's for Thursday so I'll be mad if they don't arrive. Especially as their delivery times stated around 3-4 days
