My girlfriend and i are FTB, and we have agreed a price on a house for £122k (on at 130k), with the vendor paying our 10% deposit.
Bit of history, the house was originally on at 145k, and sold STC last july, only for the then buyers further trying to haggle the price down and being told to go where it ain't pretty by the vendors. The house then came back on the market.
The offer was accepted Early Jan, and all the paperwork is nearing completion (we've signed our contract and returned it), only i just checked on rightmove, and found the property today was reduced to £119k. The house is no longer on the estate agent's website, only on rightmove as STC, could this be an error?
any advice on my course of action? I've tried phoning the estate agents at 6:30pm but they were closed.
Thanks in advance

122 with a vendor paid deposit at 10% is a real price of £109,800.
can't work out if you are narked that they are still advertising it or the price.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. the thing i'm unhappy about is not only is it still advertised, but they've since lowered the asking price too. the lower price will no doubt attract attention, and we're in a position where someone could bundle in prior to exchange and ruin it all. wasted money then.0
