Auction of promises - disclaimer advice
Hi all,
I am organising an Auction of promises to raise funds for my local church's building fund.
I am trying to write a disclaimer that will cover the church with regard to the promises made.
I have come up with the following and would really appreciate your help and feedback as to what you think, what you would add in or leave out.
"It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to make contact and necessary arrangements with the pledger for the promise to be fulfilled.
St Andrews Church and its representatives cannot be held responsible for the non fulfillment of any promises purchased, it does not guarentee the quality of service provided by the pledger."
Many Thanks
SB
