whats it worth now. its in the south east. I dont have any idea of what improvements (or deterioration) has happened since then

i got the information off houseprice it said that a similar house was sold in october 2007 for 1980 -

i find zoopla highly suspect, i have never found it to be accurate. i think people taking their information off there will be misled0
