Letter From Or But No Interview????

I have a received a letter today from OR, 1st contact from them since going BR on 12th Jan 09.
All the letter requests is a copy of the car loan agreement which she thinks is in joint names and on HP and she wants that clarifying. The car is a personal loan and in my name only.
The other thing she wants clarifying is written evidence to prove the expenditure I entered in the 'other' box with the online forms which I couldnt fully explain in that box as it does not allow enough room to type all the info that is needed.
The letter it states is to work out my IPA, nothing asking about bank statements, nothing about an interview either face to face or telephone.
Is this normal??? I was expecting a 'pack' asking for copies of everything for the last 12 months and a questionnaire???

Yes this does sound unusual, maybe your affairs aren't as complicated as mine were. Great if they are moving in that direction.
All the best, will be interested to hear if anyone has had a similar experience.Bankrupt 11th June 2008

patsypat Hi,
I was thinking about you today and wondering what was happening. It seems like there is something missing from all this. How on earth can she work out an IPA without speaking to you and the paper evidence, unless she has already got this from the creditors, do you think?
Is your income just a pension or is there anything else? Could it be that she could work it out just from your SOA? I could understand it more if there was no IPA and the forms were very straightforward.
Strange, very strange....

not unusual had a few members who didt go through the interview process...just means your paperwork has been filled in correctly & the OR can see the reasons for insolvency without interviews
Does the enclosed letter have a code on it (usually top somewhere)
