    Thanks Ras, yes will do that. Sorry to sound thick but who is NDI? thats going to be really obvious isnt it!!!
    We have to the 16th feb to reply to local court, so l 'll still have time wont l, if l get everything ready to send off when /if l get reply.

    I think you may be being told porkies but I need you to talk to NDL. And if you are, then something in writing with Lewis would be good to have in hand.

    Hi Ras and All,
    Quick update on the situ, l've sent off the letter asking where the ccj has been filed but in the meantime have been trawling info and because have recieved the AQ then there cant be a ccj in place, as l understand it the court comes before the ccj. But this will make you laugh today we recieved an offer from ge money solicitors asking us to settle out of court (this is for our claim against them) but only knocking off the charges not the ppi, this being the largest part of our claim. So we're going to refuse and elaborate on why we think the ppi was mis sold.

    This is going to be so confusing two court cases for the same account. They obviously dont know whats going on, they didnt make a counterclaim against us but a seperate one!!
    When we do the AQ shall we mention that there's a claim against themgoing on.
    Oh dear, so confusing!!! X
