"Free UK Anytime Calls – 3 months Special Offer with a 12 month contract
This deal isn't available through our main website www.bt.com. Please call us to order.
Closing date extended to 28th February 2009. Available to eligible residential customers who agree to a 12 month non-renewable contract on the Unlimited Anytime Plan.
For the first 3 months, you will only pay line rental, which has a monthly cost of £10.27. From the fourth month, the full price of £5.82 per month plus line rental will apply. The total price you pay from month 4 onwards is £16.09 per month.
All of these prices apply if you pay by Direct Debit or monthly payment plan and elect for paper-free billing. Otherwise add £1.50 per month for payment processing fee levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a BT Group company, plus £1.23 without paper-free billing discount. Discount is via bill credit, which will be applied to your next or subsequent bill.
Excludes customers benefiting from some special offers or deals. Other exclusions and conditions apply.
At the end of the minimum period of 12 months you will remain on your Unlimited Anytime Plan and pay the full monthly price, currently £16.09. You must stay on the Unlimited Anytime Plan for 12 months and you may not downgrade. If you cease service during the 12 month minimum period a termination charge will apply.
BT Local, BT Working Together and BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme or In Contact Plus are no longer available for new supply so customers will not be able to return to these packages at the end of the 12 month minimum period."
The normal renewable 12 month contract is £4.85
This works out to £58.2 a year (excluding the price hike in april)
This offer is free for the first the 3 months then you pay the full £5.82
This offer works out to £52.38 a year (excluding the price hike in april)

Just started our second year with this plan. Phoned them last week at start of new year contract to ask if they could still offer me the 3 month free deal. The answer, yes. So another year of savings.0

The other good thing about this particular deal is that its a non-renewable contract.0
