Condensing boiler losing pressure

Hi
I wonder if any of you helpful people could give me some advice?
I have a condensing boiler which is on a sealed system (i think). It is losing pressure and i have to top it up every few days. I have a very slight leak on the valve of one of my radiators, it is only tiny but I wonder if this is enough to cause the drop in pressure?
Advice greatfully received!

If it is a tiny leak and the pressure is dropping to zero over a couple of days its not likely to be the cause.0

How old is the boiler?
Do you have any leakage from the vent pipe that runs to the outside, when the boiler is hot?
If not it is probably a leak.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
Thanks for your comments.
The boiler is about 18months old. I haven't had a look at the vent pipe - will pop out when it stops snowing!0
