    Lowell Portfolio 1 have an unpaid CCJ against them for £4,575 from Croydon County Court

    Intresting the DCA's dont pay there debts:confused:
    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

    Required, have you requested copies of all the credit agreements for your debts? If the debts were taken out before 6th April 2007 and do not have all the required prescribed terms on them, the debt maybe unenforcable.

    This may be worth looking into. There are quite a few threads on the board that refer to CCA requests.

  • I have checked the documents and they all seem valid and enforceable.

    I can not understand why a hire purchase agreement can be terminated early by returning equipment but a hire lease agreement can not.

    Does anyone know why?
