Order Status has changed from Pre-order to 'Awaiting Stock' but the DVDs priced at the correct price state 'In Stock Usually dispatched within 24 hours'
I doubt they will be allocating any stock to those of us that have ordered at the misprice.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -

I sadly agree, but why has the clause 19 on Liability not kicked in yet: " If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible "

Oh dear. Play.com won't be honouring these orders. 400 plus tried to order this and they are working through the orders to Email us to refuse to deliver at this price.0

No. I was informed that they would not supply at the price as it was an error. I was invited to purchase at £39.99 and I told them to stick it (politely, of course!)0
