obviously that was meant to be an internal message, but it explains the past when they leave them sitting there and by not activating they aren't processed.
Still it would be easier to write a short email and say oops we messed up.Nice to save.0 -
it says that on my account too....Will they eventually email us then to tell us we can't have it0
-
now saying 'SOLD OUT' - will have to wait and see :rolleyes:0

£39.99 now0

My account still says "pre-ordered" but I bet it won't take long for them to cancel it unless they decide to honour the order0
-
My account also says 'Do not reactivate- pricing error' but nothing about order cancelled so have printed this out. If they sent an email to say they were going to cancel the order, I think I would push for them to honour it as that was the price the set was offered at.

(a while later.........)
Have just looked at their t&c and now I'm not sure if they are obliged to let us have the set at the 'incorrect' price of £8.99. Below is from their website;
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.0 -
Think I will print the page out that says £8.99 even though their T&C's say that orders are not confirmed until they send you an email they may honur the products depending on how many people have purchased it.0

Despite me having received the confirmation email?0

Confirmation of order emails are irrelevant. They do not have to supply anything. Their T&Cs say this, they are not contrary to UK law. You can print as many copies as you want, but they don't have to sell it at that price if they don't want to.0 -
Anyone received their order yet?0
