    not a lot Len, this dam weather has really got me this week. Sunday I did 10 miles, run club cancelled on Monday, wednesday I did 8 miles, Friday well was total wipe out and tomorrow I am going to attempt 16 miles....we will see what the weather is like. so not a lot
