Yeah im up Bunny...DD was hollering at me this morning. Why can't she just get up out of bed and come in with me, fat chance!

Good luck this morning, I hope that it really works so that now you have finished CD you can continue to loose. I too would worry about putting on weight after CD, its natural because you have been on such a low calorie diet. They key is that you can eat more but you have to exercise more to burn it off...you know the old burn more than you eat and you loose weight mantra!

Supposed to be taking DD swimming lesson this morning, no chance all the snow/slush has frozen and its ice like ive never seen before. No roads have been salted so we're staying in

I remember waking up on the morning of Dec 17th (I was due to be induced that day as was 10 over due and I think they wanted me not to in be in hospital over Xmas!) with these back pains and thinking-can this FINALLY be it??? (I was 2 cm dialated for 2 weeks, lol) and getting to the hospital and thinking-this is a piece of cake-then like you said Sammy-BAM! We were driving to the other hospital in Shropshire and I was mooing like a cow and hanging onto the car-DH kept saying 'shall I stop the car' and I would scream

DRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE! for god's sake JUST DRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE! lol

Sally, I was a bit scared to drink to be honest so I watered all my drinks down with soday water (cept the woo woo). I converted my sister in law to them too..

I am having a little rest from CD this week...well not totally. I have a couple of meals out (couldn't be helped) but have been very good in my portion control and also in what i eat...I am hoping I haven't put weight on.

Since I have been on CD my taste buds seem to have changed.

Would love to go to Costco tomorrow OH got loads of work to do...

Mmmmm - will try and get OH up at 9 so will take till 10.30 to get him up and out the house...then we have to drive down Prescott road to look at new flooring....then go to his sisters....i think!...then home via Ikea......maybe home about 2pm how about you come over whenever you want.....after 4pm..is that okay?
