don't apologise for ranting Snaggles............I can empathise with everything you said with how my last relationship left me - particularly the 'because you're better at it' thing (although I do wonder if this is inherent in many men who see women as a substitute mother - please note - I said many - not all!)

I've always thought of you as a really positive, forward thinking, organised person who is, if I'm honest, an absolute star with all the issues you cope with and I know that you'll come out of this even stronger.

Oh Snaggs, I am sorry to hear that the weekend wasn't a good one.

I actually thought about you earlier and wondered how it had gone.

I think we all go through life coping as best we can but just sometimes the realisation of what we actually do, hits us and we have a defining moment.

The people on this thread especially always seem to know the right things to say - they all helped me earlier see things differently.

Keep strong but keep ranting too if you need to!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
