mine came by courier today. am very pleased with them. i love thick fluffy towels!! all i need now is a nice "drying day" so they have that lovely outdoor smell as well!

I ordered Urbis, nice quality apart from the pulls! Quite thick and luxurious.

They came by the courier Interlink. Arrived at 8am in the morning. They should be able to give you tracking info, although when I just rang I got a message saying they were unable to take my call.

Not that keen on the design of the Urbis bath mat, it has a central oblong with a flattish, knobbly texture; be sure to measure too.

The Urbis range is beautiful quality. I cannot fault it.

The Duck Egg is definitely leaning more toward green than blue IMHO (I order 8 of each size in this colour). However, I have a blue and grey tiled cloakroom and when I put the hand towels in there they look fine.

They have just rang and left a message now saying that the biscotti bath towel is faulty. My colours are limited now, may ask for a refund

They have a list of people that they need to contact as they sold over the amount available on their website. You should ring and check with them

Biscotti is a soft browny beige without too much yellow in it if you see what I mean.

Just to let people know, that they still have White Urbis towels left even though they have taken the range off of their website. Don't know if you can still buy them though, but worth a try. I have posted the prices from my order for people that feel that want these towels at a bargain price. Other sites are still selling the bath sheets from £22 upwards.

Thanks mrsjanejane, I've been trying to ring but the number is constantly engaged and can't do ring back.

I'd rather they just put the money straight back in my acct rather than taking an age to phone and try and sell me something I don't want.

Got my delivery of 2 sets of zinc bath sheets and hand towels and 3 sets of mink bath sheets and hand towels today and very very happy with the quality - really thick and heavy. They are much bigger than I expected as well.

Wish I'd thought to order the bath mats at the time...
