I can't see Christy on Quidco anymore????
Mine has tracked so hope they still honour it.

My towels arrived today and I'm very pleased with them. One think I noticed the quidco rate was 20% when I ordered, but it tracked at 15%. I raised a claim but am still waiting. I noticed they have changed the rate to 15% now.

I will be interested to see if they honour the 20%. I think I took a grab of the screen.

My Christy towels from Debenhams were like this. I had one exchanged and then noticed another one was the same after I had a bath the other day. Not very good for an item which you expect to be very good quality.

I see they've removed Gorgeous and Urbis from the website now. Don't know whether to send mine back because of the pull in the bath sheet. I bought Urbis in Duck Egg which is such a beautiful colour, darker than the website shows.

A warning to anyone else ordering a bath mat, if you've got a tiny bathroom check out that the size will suit.

Hi,

I rang today as I have not received mine, only to be told that they have oversold on their website:mad: . How long before they would have contacted me?

I ordered mink, they only have duck egg, white and biscotti in their urbis range. Has anyone ordered biscotti as she told me that it is a brown/beige colour so I have gone for that?

Is the urbis range quality for those of you that have received their order now?

Duck egg, is it more blue than green?

Would you mind me asking if they came via royal mail or courier?? Thought i'd have had mine by now. Ordered charchoal from odyysey and white from Urbis

Edit: Just checked my emails and I ordered on 6th Feb. Sure it said around 5 days delivery so maybe today.
