Quick Q regarding what gas units I am using?

My meter says ft3, which as far as I know is cubic feet?

Is this the same as metric? As thats what my gas bill says, and Im slightly worried BG have me down as a cubic meter customer, thus my bills will be grossly under paid

Cubic feet are imperial - your meter units should be multiplied by 31 to give approx kwh. Check the numbers on a statement.

So 3 metric units = 95kwh x £x.xx is correct then?

No, 3 metric (m3) units ~34kWh, 3 imperial (ft3) units ~95kWh.
Looks like you might have underpaid - how long has this been going on for?
Might be worth starting a 'when they find out' fund in an interest earning account.

Since May 08.... I think my bills are reading correctly though, 3ft'3 would be 95 or so kwh would it not? And thats what im being charged for....

Yes - if you've been charged for about 95kwh for 3 imperial meter units, you're being charged correctly.

Thats the thing, the bill states Metric, (which as above would be 34kwh for 3 units) but it is actually measuring in Imperial (so 95kwh for 3 units)....
