Npower new deal - freezing prices to 2007 from 2004 prices -good deal or not?

I have seen an advert in the Sunday times saying that gas prices with npower will be fixed until 2007 from 2004 prices. This seems to be too good to be true - anyone aware of any catches?

    So an 11 month freeze.

    Provided there are no hidden catches and their '2004' price is reasonable for your area it seems OK. Given all of the publicity about impending price increases it doesn't seem that cuts this year are likely.
