Mortagage problem plz help

Hi Can you help!!!

About 2years ago i My brother asked me to be a garantour on this mortgage. I went to the solicitors where my brother worked and saw that the papers i was going to be signing had already been sighed with a look alike to my signuate. I asked the solicitor who was acking on my behalf should i copy the signuate thats is already done or do my own. She replyed to me saying do my own. When signing the paperwork i was not told what i was signing for just told where to sign. At this point i was only 21years old so didnt think anything would be wrong helping family out. A year ago My brother decided to move in with is new girlfriend and my sister rented his house off him. My sister was a little worried wen red bills where coming in for my brother and me. My sister was looking out for me and decided to open a letter to find out he had put me as half on the mortgage and took an extra 30,000 on the mortgage. He has told me he has been trying to get my name off and put his now wife on there. The house i am to beleive is now in 50,000 nevitive equitie and the mortgage company wont take my name off even though i have never paid any thing. Both my brother and his wife have also put all there delts into one total amount to 27,000 so that why she cant go on instead of me.
I have spoken to the mortagage company and found out other things like his wife calls up saying she is me speaking on my behalf when i never asked her to. The solicitor Knew if was fraud and so did my brother wat else has he signed me up for when all the paper work goes to his address. I still live a home so i have no paper to prove anything. What can i do as i now wish to get a house with my partner but i cant get off his mortgage.

Please help

    Legal advice.
Go speak to someone - you can get half hour free normally - so go and get some info on what you need to be doing, and how much it'll cost you.

definately one for a solicitor to deal with, it's awful that family have treated you like this but you need to get the right advice and fast. Don't let your brother convince you things are fine or try to prevent you getting legal advice.
    Riding out the receession.........

Try the Community Legal Service - link here

They should be able to give you some initial telephone advice & put you in touch with someone locally.
