  • Well, I am going to be honest...I have had to deal with 2, and both were pretty cold and not very pleasant. But I am sure I am in the minority, from what I read on here. Just be prepared, they have a job to do, hopefully you will get a nice one, most people seem to but I lucked out and got a jobsworth but it still was a small price to pay for peace of mind, I have 5 months to go before discharge.so hoping for no more nasty surprises. :D

Brighton, but I am sure I am in the minority. Most people's seem fine.

Thanks Summer - yes I've not heard good things about Brighton's. Hope all went well anyway and fingers crossed for ED :)

  • Mine was fine, and yes probing, and helped me to understand a bit about how the debts had started which I hadn't realised. I had a long call about an hour and 40 mins, but had a lot to discuss.

The first call I had from the or office after the court appearance (ie straight after) I was told they were there to help me, and was I going on holiday in the next few weeks, so they could sort out a timescale for the forms and the interviews.

The paperwork when it arrives is very formal, but the interviewer was OK.

You will be OK and in the unlikely situation of getting a jobsworth, you will be OK still, and can come and unburden here.

    Good luck
