Cash ISA - Advice

Hi,
I have approx £23k saved in a cash ISA with Intelligent Finance at 4.55% (Yearly interest). I'm thinking of moving this to an alternative provider for a better interest rate, however does this mean I will have to pay a fee?
Before investing with IF I was with the Halifax and due to them both being owned by HBOS there was no fee involved.
Also what are the best rates out there for a cash ISA?
Any advice would be appreciated....

I switched to Halifax Direct ISA from IF in October. Halifax pays 5% and backdated date of receipt to the date the money left IF, so no loss of interest in transit!
And no fees.
I note than Barclays are also paying 5%, but for large deposits, in their ISA.0 -
I agree about the Halifax Direct ISA paying 5%0

How long did it take to transfer? I applied to transfer 4 weeks ago and so far I have received a letter from the Halifax, dated 23rd January to say that they had requested the funds from If.com. However If.com say they haven't received any request.
I phoned the Halifax but they were next to useless about what was happening.0 -

Write a letter explaining the difficulties you have had, hopefully they will pay you a small sum as they have messed you around. Then transfer your ISA to a provider that will give you good customer service.0
