Hi...........can you legally divorce and still have joint property together as I would like to give her the house in her sole name but she can't get a morgage and she wants a divorce ASAP we have been separated for 2 1/2 years now...............

I would of thought that this is possible. Have you had legal advice or spoke to your local CAB at all? You can also get 'do it yourself' divorce packs from places like WHS for under £10 which might be able to help!Weight Loss - 102lb0
