in Credit cards
Hello all,
Hopeing for a bit of help with this one. I have had an MBNA card for a couple of years now and havew never missed a payment. However, this month the payment date seems to have landed on the day before I get paid. So I rang them up to ask if I they could change the date. They said "Not for this month sir, no." So I asked if I will get charged interest if the money arives 2 days late - they said "Of course sir - about 12 pounds."
I always pay this card in full.
It sounds like they are trying to get money out of me for nothing! :|
Any opinions/advice appreciated,
B

Hi
With other credit cards, if you said u did not received the statement , they will usually refund the interest to you if you had not missed the payment previously.
Also , if you decide to cancel the credit card because of them charging you interest, surely they will refund you to keep you as their customer.0 -
Guess we shall see... :-/Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0
