I just had to pick one of these up; here are the reasons:
1) It has a Pentium M chip (instead of cheaper Celeron M chip) which means the battery life will be WAY better, with the ability to run a bit faster too.
2) It has WiFi built in, and the latest intel I915 chipset (better than SIS/VIA/ALI/Nvidia)
3) It has a great, bright, 15" Widescreen
4) It has a DVD burner built in
5) It is incredibly Cheap!!!! £398.40 for all this?? Try to match the spec on the net...
You might want to add (at a later date) a memory upgrade, as 256MB is a little miserly - but it should only cost 30-40 quid. And what's more, you may not find you actually really need it.
Hope this info is useful...

No 3613 laptops but had the 4021, no sign up to say reduced, and were advertised at £568
Took it to customer services and they rung it up for 399....Bargain!
Hi welshman,
Is that the New Malden Extra store next to the Krispy Kreme Donut Drive-thru? Did they have any more in stock? (If not, I'll go just for the donuts... )0 -
Babbler wrote:OK - Just spent 20 mins deciding on satnav. They have:
Tom Tom One 300, 500 and 700 at 230, 290 and 340 respectively.
I bought the NAVMAN ICN 510 FOR £160 ish, they also had the cheaper navman at 130 quid.
Some PDA's as well, but sold out...
Could you just confirm that the price of the TomTom One and GO 300 are the same at £230? You've got four items and only 3 prices...0 -

Babbler wrote:Anyone got the navman icn 510? Is it good osr should I have opted for paying extra 70 for tom tom 300?
What are good sites for free maps/updates etc?
Cheers
I'd like to know this also as i know nothing about Sat Navs but am looking for one.Is the Navman stand alone as in just plug it in and it works(told you i don't know anything about them;))?
The less to pay the better i suppose but then again if the Tom Tom 300 at £70 more is the better option over the Navman then i'd go for that instead:)Darren0
