    What % rate would you guys class as a fixed rate mortgage bargain?


    For example if a fixed rate came out at 4% would that be the kind of no brainer to fix for 25 years? :beer:

    yes i would defo exchange my .079 above base trakcer for a 25yr fixed @ 4% !
