Getting a valuation done on mine on Monday, hopefully it will show I'm about 20k minus - very weird hoping what you have is worth jack isn't it!

had a valuation by 3 estate agents in november they showed a 12k equity, surveyor in november showed 15k equity... we would like it to be under 10k to stand a chance of buying bi

I trawled the insolvency service website for hours hoping to find someone I know who has gone bankrupt........!!!!!! looks like im unique. Wonder if ill be able to say the same this time next year? :rolleyes:

I found three in my street, and an old employer. ( Im glad about him cos he owed me money)

But I didnt realise it was so common. My post code prefix has loads!

I'm a little bit shocked that you can search by postcode! Talk about checking up on the neighbours! I feel a little bit exposed now... will go and put some clothes on!
