had a valuation by 3 estate agents in november they showed a 12k equity, surveyor in november showed 15k equity... we would like it to be under 10k to stand a chance of buying bi

I found three in my street, and an old employer. ( Im glad about him cos he owed me money)
But I didnt realise it was so common. My post code prefix has loads!Total Debt -was £14,700 aprox NOW £13,835
Paying each month-800-850 (hopefully)
Hope to be debt free about aug 20100 -
