Just saw my entry in the online gazette. Boy, did that make my tummy flip. Oh well, it's all there in black and white I suppose, no hiding anymore. Anyone else feel kind of queezy when they saw their entry?

Just the standard information from the Bankruptcy Order, your full name, address, profession, whether the bankruptcy was petitioned by the debtor or creditor, and address of the local receivers office.

It also includes a map of your house and a 2-for-1 voucher for creditors to purchase a pitchfork and form an angry mob outside of your home.

One of the above paragraphs may not be an accurate reflection of reality.

That's just the online version, if you buy a hard copy of the paper you will notice they also print your passport photo which they photoshop with the word 'bankrupt' across your forehead.

I actually GOT "bankrupt" stamped on my forehead...

and a "BR" badge sown on my vest to wear all day and "Here Lives a Bankrupt" sign on my front door, so i thought sod it, i bought "BR 1" and put it on my trabant

I think the gelding process was quite painless though :o:o:o:o

I'm rather disappointed, I thought it would have said how much I went down for.

Can't wait til they upload my photo, I've got a special stripey top to wear for the occasion, and a black eye mask.

Did a search on my surname (its quite unusual) and I found loads of BRs with the same name. Great way to do a family tree!
