Hi, can anyone tell me how I can get an email address to a person Not an automated one at TV Licensing, I have searched the net but cannot find a person to email.

I said on a previous thread that they are pestering my son, they say he does not have a license but they canceled it don't know why, I have sent them a copy of my bank statement showing that the payment went through my acc on the 31st Dec as proof of payment. but they still keep writing to him. they left a message on my answer phone to ring them and I did but now they say that I did not.
this is driving us mad. when I phone all I get is a call center operator who will not put me through to the correct person.
If someone knows the correct email to get through to a manager I would be grateful.

Write to them recorded delivery. Its the only way that you will have proof that you have contacted them.

Also make sure your son sends his letter authorizing you to act on his behalf (i read your other thread).There may be data protection issues causing problems here,as you have found,and people can be very thick about that.

Looks like you need to write to THe Operations Director at the bristol address.

When I speak to people now,I always ask for name,sirname if they will give it,staff number if they won't,department,and ask for a supervisor if I don't feel they have given me sufficient detail to identify exactly who they are at a later date.
