You could ask for an appraisal to see if the company has any concerns about your work, if they say no then it will put your mind at rest a little. Otherwise maybe they're training others as cover, or maybe someone within the organisation stated they had ambitions to get into a similar role as you, and as part of their personal development, the company offered them training. Maybe in the future the company will consult you on changing your duties to share with someone else, more likely the other person will leave once they have training and get a job elsewhere. I wouldn't worry, just ensure the company is pleased with your performance and have it in writing (from the appraisal) and maybe it would also be of benefit to request more advanced training in the software packages you use, so you are always a little ahead of anyone else skill-wise.matched betting: £879.63
