Plastic Sheds?

Are they any good?
Looking at this 4x6ft one
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7053548/Trail/searchtext>KETER.htm
Would it be worthwhile paying someone to lay a concrete base?
what sort of costs would be involved?
thanks.

Well the 18 people who bothered to review it obviously like it. But then would Argos allow them to say "it's a pile of sh*t"?
Personally I wouldn't bother you can get a budget one in wood delivered and erected (base laid too) for the same price.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
It looks fine to me. Maintenance free, just what you want. The wooden sheds are good but they do need to be creosoted every couple of years and they do need a base to stop them rotting.0

dont get 1 it will just end up dripping inside with condensation!0

How can this be so since it will be devoid of any heat and therefore it will assume the same temperature as that outside?
The sun will heat it during the day driving moisture into the internal air then the sun will set and the shed cool so the interal moisture will condence on the internal surface.
But the fact it is plastic makes no difference.0 -
The inside of the shed would cool gradually as the outside temperature falls, and therefore an ambient temperature would be maintained. The sun will heat it during the day driving moisture into the internal air then the sun will set and the shed cool so the interal moisture will condence on the internal surface.

In theory yes, but the same could be said for metal sheds and most will warn you about them too.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
