I cant see anything in RM's T&C's about mobile phones sent by special delivery. I mean you can send cash by SD! They dont offer compensation for mobiles sent by international signed for so perhaps this is what kickoff3pm is thinking of.0

Special Delivery has no such restriction.
RM do not insure phones to go overseas.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Thanks for all your help! Sent the phone special but I wish I hadn't bothered sending it all because as suspected the buyer can't read!! :banghead:
