  • I own one pair of heels, one pair of sandals, one pair of little girlie shoes and 3 pairs walking boots

Or something like that I don't own more than 4 or 5 pairs of real shoes

  • Peedie update
G'day to you all.......sunny here and lots to do outside.................:)

    Hope everyone's good!

Update here - £22.50 clubcard points to add to the stash up stairs so I must have about 40 to put to xmas pressies like magazine subs etc :) happy about that (Andan I salute you for putting me on the straight and narrow re clubcard points!)

    Both CC's paid off
10 days til evil enda is officially dead woo hoo - need to make sure I don't use that OD until I need to
Used the interest money from the evilone to give cleaner a pay rise - which is great switching around of money, so I am not really any 'better' off but I am no worse off and the nice mrs mop benefits instead of evil edna

This month my MSc loan will be under £1k - which is awesome it was £6k in 2005 :)

Stripey MSE Wedding date for mid Oct - if I work hard am wondering if I can also be debt free before then? (aside the silly student loan I mean).

The money situation at the moment
Penguin chops - £2745 in debt
Royal bank OD - Fat controller- £1000 in debt interest free
Lloyds OD - Evil edna - £80 left to pay
First credit (Barclay card) - £2650 to pay - zero interest
Both CC's clear at the moment stupdi capital one is about to go upto 40% APR - I only have 2 cc's so worried if I get rid of it and then lloyds say give me your card back I will lose both ??
Also have £1100 stashed in Mavis (RBS savings account)

Thinking about all of this today.................to figure what/who's next

    Wedding costs so far:
    Humanist ceremony £270
    Register with humanist society £30
Outdoor venue cost to be identified seemingly some bits of the site are NTS (expensive) and some bits are Forestry commission (not so expensive)
Catering me, aunty C and auntry L - the three witches in the kitchen
    Flowers/Leaves Growing my own :)
Need new wellies - and probably some stripey wedding socks
DD needs a frock, I think I have one its silk and white so thinking of trying to get it dyed mossy green or something that remsembles the colour of snot or brown like mud?
Invites will cost that as a good chum jhas offered to help me out (LT :))
Looking into accomodation - not cheap but the rest of the costs should be minimal

We are thinking of a simple outdoor wedding, bit of nosh at lunchtime buffet type thingmy - I want accomodation big enough to 'house' a core lovely 'weekend' party type thingmy I love it when we all get together for walks, weekends and stuff.

Invite the family etc and those who want to come for the day - have some lunch and drinkies and then everyone can then bog off late on in the afternoon early evening and leave the rest of us to a mince and tatties tea, and a lovely evening all together around a fire or a peedie ceiledh (not sure yet)

Big breakfast next morning, huge walk and then we can all go home :)

Mad I guess but simple. Lets see how it pans out when OH tells me all his huge family also have to stay over..................................
