Am half way through my list and Darwin is getting a bit full. spent 157/300 but calculated I have about 120 left to spend so maybe I will come in under budget ?? or maybe I will gather some treats for the undemanding wretches (sorry children) who live in my house. Try and check out Poundland Fay, they have lots of good things. That and Semi-Chem for lots of good offers on household and items like shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath etc.
I must admit I found it cute Peedie wanted to talk to everyone! ....and seemed more interested in my lunch than the dog chew I brought him.... just like my dogs...... they're just the same.

Confession time
:o:o I got confused between me (KC) and Kittikins (KK). Oops.
2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
We're both lovely felines, no confusion
Prrrrrrrrrrrr.
Good luck with the rest of your shopping Fay, DD and I had a morning in Costco with a friend today....spent about £100 but bought her a lovely cotton dress, new jimjams and lots of other stuff, yum to catering size Marmite pot, 2l bottle of soy sauce, lol......but the best purchase is a HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE towel for 2 that will be perfect for all our picnics and trips to the beach. In fact we're sitting on it now in the lounge, pretending we're at the beach
Will have to freeze my cards for the rest of the month now....0 -
i'm jealous that you've managed a mini meet whilst fay's on the main land.
KK i've also got to freeze my cards and lock myself into the house, i've had two mad spending days, got some lovely stuff though (mostly crafting). Must remind myself that i don't really need any more.0 -

:rotfl:That's coz i post undercover. I have done Myers Brigg a few times now, both for my course and for personal interest.
Glad you have had a chance to meet fellow DFW and also that you are being a bit of a closet frugalist with the shopping list.
Safe journey back and hope kids aren't too sick off all the Easter eggs.:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Morning all
My cold has managed to come out in full now I have semi stopped so instead of a mad dash home today am going on Monday - pah to cotton wool heads
Went to St Andrews yesterday where my granpa use to have his boat and had a wee sit in darwin at the harbour a lovely walk and resparkled the van inside with my very own first stardrops (Thanks so much UNI X _ very gratefully recieved). Mucho appreciated o
He is definately very sparkly now!!!
Another 20 quid spent on shopping so thats - fingers and toes out now £177/300 and even confessed at the til when the lemsips didnt get scanned and paid for them after again.
Washing to do and then a major reorder in darwin chops for the trip home.
BOB - am a bad parent we dont DO easter eggs - DS is lactose intolerant so he doesnt like chocolate so he gets a wee pressie and DD is a chocoholic and has lately done the 'thats not worth the amount of chocolate it is' so she gets a pressie or chocolate bar equivilants to an egg of her choice - shes a tyrant!!
Waves easter wishes to you all - am away back to uncottonwool my head!
PS I think I may becoming a closest frugalist - it use to be that we were just poor!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
