    Nobody can tell you at the time of falling interest rates ... You can transfer your ISA at any time.
  • I thought that it may be best to wait til there is offer rates on ISA's around the end of March/April....there is normally offers right?

    Hi Damien - you probably know, but there is a trap with the HSBC saver account - if you withdraw anything (even 10p), you get no interest at all for the month. If you need to withdraw anything, move the lot on the 1st of the month...
