I've always been worried about KE statements ever since the takeover when they started 'backdating' payments and messing with the dates. Now I find that before AUG 08 I just have "Balance carried forward", and I can't find a way to see transactions before this date.

I need to see a full statement to find out how much tax I've been charged so I can can claim it back... please tell me I'm missing something!
