someone has pinched my pictures

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I was checking up on the listings for the product I am selling on ebay. My photos are not very good ( 1 is lopsided ) so I was surprised to click on the listing to discover it isn't mine. So reported it. Checked all her other listings for this products and she has copied all her listing photos. Have reported the 2 she has copied from me but will ebay remove it or do nothing :confused:

    Something even more stange is that on the listings she has pinched it does not give me the option of removing the photos from my listings. I thought I would just revise my items and change the photos but the little phrase remove all photos isn't there. very strange :confused:

    No they are Buy it Now items and the ones with the photos she pinched I can't remove my photos.

    Maybe she downloads to her laptop and re uploaded your pics.

    I would complaint to ebay a 2nd time, if after a reasonable amount of time they haven't come back to you.

    Her 2 listings with my photos copied from my listings have now been removed :T form ebay and I can now change my photos to more personal ones that noone will want to copy. Very strange -never had that before. Good for ebay that took less than an hour.

    Try watermarking your pictures next time :D
    Go onto a photoediting site [I like picnik.com] and just put some text in it somewhere or something
    Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:
