Zest4 Customers Automatic Transfer to British Gas

We've heard nothing from BG, and don't want to stay on their standard tariff!
How can we switch when we have no account???
Are we alone in not hearing?0 -
I made the effort of contacting British Gas (as they decided to send a letter with their tarrifs listed for both standard & Economy7, but neglecting to include the Economy7 tarrif!). I gave them the meter reading at the time. To date I have not received a bill.
I immediately signed-up with Atlantic. I start with them tomorrow. Hopefully I won't ever see a bill from British Gas and have had 2 months free electric

Had a letter from BG saying "thank you for choosing to pay by direct debit". However, I did no such thing
Not only that, I have switched away from BG so they are not supplying me with electricity anymore. No doubt, a bill will arrive one day. Just need to watch out for a DD being setup on my bank so I can zap it. Nice to see BG haven't changed a bit from when I was with them years ago. Supplier of Last Resort is a very apt title
