Problem with phone contract
Comments
-
Whilst it would be more difficult to win in an opposed application, I think the outcome would more than likely hinge on any misrepresentations, either deliberate or innocent, that were made by the staff leading up to the contract. Of course it would be appreciated that full mobile phone coverage is not possible, but equally if the consumer has been told that good mobile phone coverage is available in their area, and it isn't, that could give rise to a remedy. It's all about individual circumstances.True but if the volume or people doing that became large enough the network would bother to turn up and IMHO win easily in front of a judge who understood the technology. It just isn't feasible to provide coverage everywhere."MIND IF I USE YOUR PHONE? IF WORD GETS OUT THATI'M MISSING FIVE HUNDRED GIRLS WILL KILL THEMSELVES."0
