Blockbuster online is rubbish

Having been with Blockbuster online for a few months I am now giving up, thet are completely useless, every other disc they send is scratched and they never send a replacement in addition to your allocation.

My next subscription is due on 20th Feb, does anyone know what date I should cancel?

You need to make sure you cancel with enough time to return any discs you'v still got because if they receive any outstanding discs after your billing date they'll charge you again. If I were you I'd cancel and post all the discs back at least a week before the 20th so you don't get stitched up.

Agree with SmallEnglish. I was with them for 6 months. Took a payment holiday from early December because the service is KRAPP over Xmas and I was going to Florida in early Jan. When the holiday was up it took them a week to send 2 discs. Not good enogh IMHO. They are probably managing with less staff like so many businesses and it has to have an effect somewhere.

I left a week before the date of my next sub. If you get greedy (in a money saving way) and try to take it right up to the wire to get as mnay discs as possible you'll most likely end up with another month.
