Faulty Cookworks oven

Hello,
Just over a year ago I bought a Cookworks Hob and Oven pack. A few months ago the grill stopped working and as it was still under warranty an engineer came out to fix it. He said at the time that it was a common fault with this oven.
Now the same problem is happening again with the grill and it seems likly to be the same faulty part. However, Coverplan (the company who the guarantee is with) want £95 to repair the item, even though it was only about 4 months ago that the problem last arose. The customer service lady said that they only offer 28 days warranty on parts!
She also told me that Cookworks have gone into administration - is this true? I have not seen anything about this anywhere?!!
I'd really appreciate your advice on this matter as I really don't want to pay £95 out on a regular basis!
Thank you!
