Abbey to introduce BT fee from Wednesday

Been lurking here for a while, and thought I ought to join to pass on this info that I discovered at work today. As of Weds 8 February, Abbey are "standardising" the T&Cs on their credit cards, and one of the effects of this will be the introduction of a 2% fee on balance transfers. This is already applied on cards taken out online, but will also be on applications in branch and over the phone from Wednesday.
