Davina! I bought a selection off e bay, got most of them for <£2 each, good to have some variety.
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

As an aside, does Davina (the woman, not the exercise!!) not make anyone else want to kill themselves? I just can't stand the woman!
  • I'd recommend Tae Bo as well, the advanced ones are quite challenging. Nell McAndrews workouts are great too especially if you have no space in your front room, they are all on the spot moves.

I love shape up for the sun it's an ancient dvd but rather cool.

As I get bored easy I tend to alternate between

    Charlie brooks
    Natalie Cassidy
    Shape up
    Tae Bo

and generally jumping around to music, footloose is ace to get the heart pumping.

Look in charity shops, that is where I buy most of my exercise dvd's

Oh just remembered I used the Y plan, for my post-natal excess, pretty good but in need of an update!

    Good luck with the exercising

I tend not to tune in, in the first place - but all this aside - I will openly put my hands up and say she was good in deadset (like zombies too much too be put off by davina)
