thats great snags...its about getting back in contact with people who you haven't seen for a while. And also remember even friends who are with someone and have kids like to go out and have a good time, its just everyone always presumes that when part of a couple you have other things to do!
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

    Hello everyone :hello:

Special hugs to Numpty - hope you get something else quickly. Just remember it isn't personal. Once I got my head around that I found it much easier to deal with x.

I think it's 'bad' - to rhyme with 'glad' and 'sad'. But I'm not 100% sure.

Edit - just checked on a couple of lyrics sites and it does seem to be 'bad', but they're not the official lyrics I guess so could still be wrong.

    Bad is the right word...
    I need a little time
    To think it over
    I need a little space
    Just on my own
    I need a little time
    To find my freedom
    I need a little...
Funny how quick the milk turns sour
    Isn't it, isn't it
Your face has been looking like that for hours
    Hasn't it, hasn't it
    Promises, promises turn to dust
Wedding bells just turn to rust
    Trust into mistrust
    I need a little room
    To find myself
    I need a little space
    To work it out
    I need a little room
    All alone
    I need a little...
You need a little room for your big head
    Don't you, don't you
You need a little space for a thousand beds
    Won't you, won't you
Lips that promise - fear the worst
Tongue so sharp - the bubble burst
    Just into unjust
    I've had a little time
    To find the truth
Now I've had a little room
    To check what's wrong
    I've had a little time
    And I still love you
    I've had a little...
    You had a little time
And you had a little fun
    Didn't you, didn't you
    While you had yours
Do you think I had none
    Do you, do you
The Freedom that you wanted bad
    Is yours for good
    I hope you're glad
    Sad into unsad

    I had a little time
    To think it over
    Had a little room
    To work it out
    I found a little courage
    To call it off
    I've had a little time
    I've had a little time
    I've had a little time
    I've had a little time

No signs of an early bean arrival Luc ?

Thought of you earlier, while I was listening to Chris Evans, he was talking about his wife who i think was due last Thursday

Thanks for the hugs everyone (could do with a real life one)

Just to continue the confussed place I used to work at

I was encouraged to take volentery redundancy, otherwise no payout when I got made redundant next month

I wasn't entilted to statutory redundancy, so got a months wage, a month paid notice period that I don't have to work, and my holiday pay
So probably cameout with £2000 more than if I'd have declined

Not sure how I stand with getting any bennifits though.

Nope:rolleyes: head was 4/5 engaged when I was at the midwife on Tuesday and there was another downward shift yesterday so progress is being made but not as quickly as I'd like...

I think if the couples were 'my' friends originally, and I had gone out with them as single girls before we were married, I would be happy doing that. I moved to Leeds when I met Stu though, so they were all 'his' friends originally, and I don't really feel like I know them well enough.

My old school friends live about 20 miles away, and we only go out very occasionally, but I think I will have to make more of an effort!

It's difficult to get to know people at work because I'm only there 16 hours a week and it's sooo busy, so there's rarely time to chat....hence my difficulty in flirting with the guy I quite fancy there!
