help with pc pop-up please

My question is how do I stop the pop-up & the annoying alert message?

I have installed mozilla firefox, norton security scan & avast, yet it is still there.

I would download the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , thats helped me out with a couple of PC's of late, with issues that the older tools weren't able to fix

download it , update it, then do a full scan

Uninstall one of them at least!

Hi & thanks for the help.
I have deleted norton & added the above 3 programmes. The 1st two are running at the moment, as soon as they have finished I will do the hijackthis & show you the log.

Its never wise to run 2 scanning programs at the same time. The hard drive head is working overtime to shoot between both scans and the overall time to scan is lengthened

Since doing the scans & removing infected things, my fingerprint recognition on my thinkpad is not working. It is still showing on my pc just not registering any fingerprints, should I just re add them.
