To cut a long story short, my credit card company are CRAP! I've been trying to buy a netbook for 24 hours on a credit card that was got soely for that.
It's been like banking my head against the brick wall when talking to the credit card company and much the same for the poor ebuyer people who've had to do it too.
An American lady by the name of Sarah and a Claire have been helping me all day and they are amazing and keep coming back with new things to try - we've seriously been at this all day and 8-10pm last night.
They are AMAZING and I cannot thank them enough, especially Sarah who is trying even now to get it through and is giving free next day delivery (If it'll finally go through...!)

[As a side note - All Saints/Sygma bank? [and all other cards issued by Sygma like the JJB Card and accessory card etc? Avoid like the plague! Their customer service is atrocious, even the supervisors and *managers* didn't know what to do!
